Shipping & Returns Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Return Policy: Products may only be returned if the product has been determined faulty or DOA directly to the manufacturer. Electronic parts are only accepted for warranty in the case where the product is DOA or determined faulty by qualified specialists and are to be sent back to the manufacturer at the expense of the customer. DOA (Dead On Arrival) products are a rarity but we can not anticipate failure. DOA Returns may take up to 2 months for repair or replacement and shipping fees are at the customers expense. Delivery Information is availavle if such instances occur. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order. Unless otherwise arranged with staff. If a product is cancelled whilst in transit a 60% cancellation fee applies to all products and will only be refunded when the product has been returned to an address supplied when and if an instance occurs. Delivery costs are not refundable as they are inclusive with the price of the product. All products are covered by Manufacturers warranty only and are to be returned directly to the manufacturer at the customers expence. We do price match some competitors, but choice to do so is at the discretion of Imperial Auto Imports . The lowest price usually being the one quoted on the website. All products listed on this website include Australia wide delivery. In order for us to achieve the best prices for you, many of our products are sent directly from thier manufacturer to your door. Subsequently delivery times for overseas products will take from 4-11 working days. All products based in Australia will be shipped directly to the customer and will take from 2-7 working days. All products include delivery information in thier product description which will indicate if the product is delivered from overseas or Australian based delivery. Once a personal User account has been established the customer is free to change address details of the receiver then and at the time of purchase.
